  • The EQ-6/Atlas owners' community and an invaluable source of information to get the best from your mount.
  • Astronomie.de
  • Looks like a great, full-featured site where amateur astronomers can share their results and their views. Too bad I don't speak German! Babelfish can help, although you sometimes get very awkward results.
  • Licha
  • A very good German site featuring a huge picture database. Fortunately, it's in English :-))
  • Astro Photography Mailing List
  • This is the I am the longest-time member of. It provides a wealth of information and is targeted mainly at conventional film astrophotography. Many of the best pictures ever published have been taken by APML members.

Magazines

  • Coelum
  • A very good Italian astro magazine, probably the best as far as technical skills and printing quality are concerned.
  • Le Stelle
  • This new a relatively entry in the Italian astro magazine arena. Founded by the editorial staff of another well-known Italian magazine, L'Astronomia. Cultural and theoretical subjects such as archeoastronomy are more often dealt with here than on any other Italian astro magazine.
  • Sky and Telescope
  • Probably the oldest and best general-purpose astronomy magazine in the world.
  • Astronomy
  • Another fine astronomy magazine.
  • L'Astronomie Magazine
  • Nice French magazine, which IMHO is quite good technically.
  • Ciel et Espace
  • A good, all-round French magazine.
